I'm doing my organizer for my persuasive paper about beauty contests for children being harmful. One of my main points is that it teaches kids the wrong values. I have 2 of my examples, but I can't think of another one. Any suggestions?|||it teach kids that they are perfict. BUT THEY ARE NOt|||It teaches that the most important thing is beauty.
It teaches that you must conform to be a winner.
It teaches that you must work to be beautiful.|||Not only do they teach that beauty is the ultimate goal in life, but also that in order to be beautiful a girl must wear a ton of makeup and dress up in fancy clothes.
