The prize packages are also different for every pageant, and usually the ones with the best prizes and scholarship amounts are the ones with more contestants, or the nationals where the kids have to win local or state pageants to get there. Typical scholarship amounts range from $100 - $1000 for a local, regional or state pageant, and anywhere from $1000 - $10,000 for a large national pageant.
