Not exactly a makeup tip, but I think that confidence is really what makes a person beautiful. I mean that's obvious. So I have sticky notes on my mirror...just look at the site! I think it's great(:
Also, for a lot of these things you could just go on seventeen.com (the magazine) or just google them.
