What are your beauty tips for good looking skin and hair?

I'm just looking for beauty tips beyond sleep 8 hours and drink 2 litres of water.|||- Hmmm lets see.

- (:|||Actually, 2 litres of water a day is probably too much. It is possible to drink too much water and lose salt, which is just as important for looking and feeling healthy as water is. You should drink enough to not feel thirsty during the day, but not so much that you have to pee more than once an hour.





Don't wash your skin and hair too often. Unless you have super oily skin and hair, you shouldn't wash your hair more than every other day, and your skin more than twice a day. You should pick a cleanser/shampoo that fits your skin/hair type (dry, oily, sensitive, etc.) If your skin or hair starts looking oily in between washings, you can use an oil-absorbing paper or dry shampoo, which will absorb the extra oil without completely stripping the oil from your skin or hair. You should also use a moisturizer for your skin; one that has sun protection will keep your skin healthy in the future.|||If you have small acne around your face then put lotion on it after you wash your face. Drink a lot of water throughout the day. Also get a shampoo and conditioner that suits your hair well. Don't get anything to harsh.|||Don't wash your hair too often as it washes out its natural oils
